Personalized Yoga, In the Comfort of Your Home

A yoga practice can be an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your body, and create a little more space in your day.

I offer personalized, in-home private yoga sessions in Westford, MA, bringing individualized instruction directly to you. Rather than following the pace of a group class, each session is shaped around your experience, preferences, and what you need that day.

With 15 years of teaching experience and training in gentle, restorative, slow-flow, and prenatal yoga, I create practices that are supportive, accessible, and adaptable.

Whether you’re new to yoga, returning to your practice, or simply looking for a more personal approach, private yoga offers the opportunity to make the practice your own.

A Yoga Practice That Meets You Where You Are

Yoga doesn’t need to be complicated, intense, or one-size-fits-all.

Private instruction gives us the flexibility to create a practice that feels appropriate for you. We can focus on gentle movement, slow flow, restorative postures, breathwork, relaxation, or a combination of approaches.

Private yoga may be a good fit if you:

● Are new to yoga and want individualized guidance

● Prefer a gentle or slower-paced practice

● Want to practice in the comfort of your own home

● Are returning to yoga after some time away

● Would like more personal attention than a group class provides

● Want a regular practice that fits naturally into your schedule

You don’t need to be flexible or experienced. We start exactly where you are.

The Convenience of In-Home Yoga

Finding time for yourself can be difficult enough without adding another trip across town.

With in-home yoga, there’s no need to drive to a studio, arrive early for class, or adjust your schedule around someone else’s timetable.

Instead, we create a comfortable practice space in your own home and use that time intentionally.

I bring the instruction and experience. You simply make space for yourself.

What to Expect

Your first session begins with a conversation about your experience with yoga, what you’re looking for, and anything you’d like me to know.

We’ll then create a practice based on your needs and how you’re feeling that day.

A session may include gentle or slow-flow movement, restorative postures, breathwork, meditation, and relaxation.

Because your sessions are private, we can adjust the practice as we go. There is no expectation to keep up with a class or fit yourself into a predetermined sequence.

Sessions take place in your home and are individually tailored to you.

For those who would like to establish a consistent weekly practice, ongoing private sessions are also available through my monthly membership.

For me the true value has come from knowing I have two hours a week set aside and there is nowhere I need to be except home. The ability to be consistent, but not rigid has been my favorite part of working with Emily. Having private sessions takes all of the stressful elements of managing schedules, commutes, and kiddos out of the mix. Emily has been so flexible and understanding, and each session is a customized experience – she meets me where I am and encourages me to do the same for myself (it’s not easy)! To be able to do this within the privacy of my own home has been amazing.
